The Mysterious 11:11 and My Awakening to Spirit

How often do you see the 11:11? I see it all the time. It’s as if the double 11(s) are stalking me! The number sequence reveals itself to me in the strangest places. No matter how hidden or peculiar the place, my eyes seem to wander and miraculously find it. And as soon as my eyes see it, instantly- without my control, a positive thought pops up in my head and a feeling of happiness overcomes me. Weird right?

Could the 11:11 be communicating with my mind somehow? What is it trying to tell me?

Mystery Of The 11:11

The uncertainty of the 11:11 has been a part of our world’s unsolved mysteries for quite some time. Because of its irregular and rare sightings, it has been considered a sign of good luck and many make a wish when the numerals appear.

Numerologists, on the other hand, have determined that the number sequence is more than just a fluke and it may have other purposes and reasons for appearing to us.

The History of Numbers

Since the beginning of time numbers have been used to organize and identify things like money, time, personal identity, etc. Pythagorus, a Greek mathematician and philosopher, proposed that all numbers, 1–9 have a meaning and vibrate at their own frequency. Hmm?!

Vibrational Frequency

To support Pythagorus, the Law of Vibration states everything in the Universe vibrates. Nothing rests.

I remember learning in Chemistry class that everything is made up of atoms and atoms are in a constant state of motion. That means all things including trees, rocks, animals, rivers, people, thoughts, feelings, colors and even numbers vibrate at their own speed and frequency. The lower the frequency the slower something vibrates and the higher the frequency the faster it vibrates. So, feelings such as anger, jealousy and sadness vibrate at a lower frequency and feelings of love, joy and gratitude vibrate faster at a higher frequency.

Also, as things vibrate they create an energy field. Connected to that energy field is a source of pure energy that is present within all things. That pure energy has been referred to as ‘Consciousness’, ‘God’, ‘Source’, ‘All There Is’ or the ‘Universe’.

And guess what else? Vibrations resonate with other ‘like’ or identical frequencies. Have you ever felt an immediate connection or attraction to a stranger? Perhaps you guys were vibing on the same frequency, lol!

The Meaning Of 11:11

In numerology, the 11 is a ‘master number’ and signifies intuition, insight and enlightenment. It is also a positive sign or hint from the Universe advising you to explore an understanding of becoming conscious and self aware. Regularly seeing the 11:11 activates the mind to awaken and sparks an urge in us to discover our personal power that is connected to our higher power.

Spiritualists believe that one of the ways our Guardian Angels try to communicate with us is by placing certain number sequences in our view to get our attention, such as 222, 333, 444, etc. They are referred to as Angel Numbers. The arrangement of the number sequences has a message and meaning that offers guidance to us along our path. The number(s) will continue to show up and repeat until we recognize and acknowledge them. Do you see a certain number over and over?

My Experience

I am the ‘seeing is believing’ type. And when I began to notice the 11:11 everywhere — on sales receipts, license plates, in barcodes on packages I ordered from Amazon, on my phone and television, I paused and asked myself, “What is going on?” I’ve experienced coincidences before, but coincidence after coincidence is a BIG coincidence!

I decided to do some research and I looked up the spiritual meaning of the number 11. Once I learned about the 11, I looked up other numbers that I kept seeing again and again. Consequently, the 11:11 led me to notice additional numbers that led me to more concepts which led me to more theories and so on. I became consumed with the numerical mysteries of the Universe. A whole new world unfolded for me.

Since my awakening I continue to rely on the number messages that I believe are delivered by my Angels to influence how I exist, make a living and interact with others while here on my journey. It took some time but the transformation has taught me that my true happiness comes from knowing my soul’s purpose and allowing myself to be used as a servant for good will. That’s how I got here writing this article!
