It’s Dani. I am an average middle aged single mom who grew up in a small rural town where everyone was related by blood or marriage. I spent most of my childhood days being a tomboy – climbing trees, jumping ditches, swimming in the river, riding my bike with no hands and popping wheelies. Just after finishing high school I went away to college and two years later returned home to have my son. Realizing that the boondocks had nothing to offer me, I returned to college close to home and graduated a few years later. With my new degree, I took the first job offered to me and moved away from my ghost town into the big city lights to be a teacher. From there, my life began. I acquired it all; career, house, life partner, family, recreation, and expensive toys. In my eyes, ‘I made it.’

After 17 years of teaching public school, my earthly door closed on living the ‘American Dream.’ I lost it all! Even though it appeared that I had everything life could offer, I was missing the most important thing of all; God! He intruded into my world of temporary happiness by stripping one of my attachments away at a time. First my mom, followed by my partner, then my job and eventually my house. Losing all that I worked so hard to gain left me depressed and broken.

To get away from it all, I left the big city and moved over 900 miles away from my friends and family to find myself and rebuild a new life. I ended up in a small RV community in the heart of the middle of nowhere. There, nature and the ‘spirits of the sky’ became my best friends.

During my disconnection from ‘The Real World’ I wrote a book, “My Blessing in Disguise, The Separation,” that shares my bizarre spiritual awakening and how I was able to realize my soul’s purpose. I’ve been on my journey of self discovery for many years now and have learned so much about what and who I really am. My intent is to offer you a part of me that will help you accomplish the same. I believe that the Universe orchestrates things to happen for a reason. I hope by sharing my experiences you will recognize the hidden gems within yourself to blossom and also guide another. We are all interconnected to serve and help each other along the way.
